♥kampar trip♥

went to Kampar last saturday with Edwin's family. left PJ around 11am, and reached Klang around 12.30pm. Aunty came and picked me up from the KTM station. the train ride from KL Sentral to Klang was horrendous! there were freaking a lot of commuters that day (it's saturday!!) and i didn't manage to get a seat. stood beside the sliding door and almost fell a few times because the train driver was driving the train at quite a high speed. guess "pok kai-ing" is unavoidable when i'll be made into the secretary of Pokkai Club proudly led by my beloved Crossbun.

had lunch with Aunty, Elishia, Kwee Kor, and also Da Sao. Left for Kampar around 3.30pm. Sat in Da Ge's car and had a lot of fun with Emerald although she was kind of too hyper for me to handle. like always, i used my handphone games to trick her into behaving herself, but the maximum time she can sit down is for like 15mins. she kept climbing from the second row's seat where Elishia was sitting to the back seat where i was. (it's a 9 seater MPV) she's such a worm!!

met up with Eliza after a 2 and a half hour ride. miss that girl a lot. she has already started studying, books all splattered across her study table, making me wonder when will i start studying. i should have started two weeks ago but till now, i still haven't touched a single piece of my notes. damn!

had dinner at a restaurant and bought cakes for Aunty. we surprised her with the two cakes, one cheesecake (her fave) and another chocolate cake. she was very surprised and happy. had a fun time taking pictures and gossiping. at family functions like that, i somehow will miss Edwin even more because it's his family and he's not around. somehow i feel that if he was there, things would have been much more interesting, judging from the way he always has something up his sleeves. besides, Da Ge missed him too. talked a little about football with Eliza and both of us agreed that somehow when Edwin's not around, football doesn't seem interesting. she actually misses Edwin's pranks on her, saying it's kind of too peaceful when there's no one out to challenge or disturbed her.

Aunty kept talking about how we should bring Edwin to Kampar and stay over for a night because it would be so much fun. so we planned another trip to Kampar which is on the 23rd September's weekend! it happens to be Kwee Kor's and Emerald's birthday. She's going to be three this year!!

Sunday morning was spent at the Pasar Pagi. Emerald added another pair of shoes to her collection making it a total of 9 pairs. the two older sisters started making noise, complaining to their father about how much older they were and both added together also do not own as many pair of shoes as Emerald does. Emerald seemed to have grown a bit apart from me. i guess it's because i do not go to Klang that often nowadays. she seems to have grown a similar liking to Jeannette, which is something good i guess, because i feel that Jeannette is finally trying to be close to the kids. she used to not talk to the kids so often before. now that she can, i feel it's a pretty good start. but was a bit sad when we reached Klang because Emerald, instead of asking me to go back with her, she asked Jeannette instead. it was a bit saddening but i know it's just a statement made by a little girl. either way, be it Jeannette or i that she wants, i still feel glad and satisfied that i finally got to spend time with her! words can't describe how much i missed her!!

came home to PJ around 10.40pm. started slogging for my assignments and finally got to finish them right before 8am. was so tired that i just went to bed straight. now i am hungry. need to cook!! need to eat!! i miss maggi mee!!
